3D Generalist | Art Director
Heinrich Guil is 3D generalist and Visual Designer originated from Minsk, Belarus. Fluent in both English and Russian with moderate skill in French.
I have a strong passion for visual design and 3D art – specializing in both but have been a bit of a generalist on recent projects. I’ve dabbled in many 3D game engines and various artistic mediums.
I was In head of CG department of Form.art, an ambitious startup willing to push the boundaries of advertising market further by heavy usage of cutting-edge technologies in their pipeline.
I was in head of asset creation and management of 3D-art department. My primary tasks were involving 3DQA and art direction of our latter projects, occasional business-developement deviations considering my proficiency in English and, of course, 3D modelling.
Animator | Lead character artist
I was hired to produce sets of combat animations for characters, but revision of poor development state lead me into taking a role of lead character artist.
Initially I was hired to render a set of artificial archviz shots intended to showcase the lighting solutions company was all about. Later I slided into partially taking a role of web-design when previous one was fired.
My tasks included creating visual assets for graphics design and advertising companies. Promotional rendering and creating artificial product promo-shots.
3D QA specialist
My perfectionism and attention to details as well as a passion for perfect topology and fps-greed was recognized by the seniors and I became 3DQA for the art-team working on a Prime World.
I’m responsible for creating visual for games, writing guide-lines for asset creators, developing of asset production pipeline and maintaining it’s artistic consistency. Moreover, I participate in creative process at the team level and taking part in human resource management of the art department.
